Part of the process of making this work for you, is meeting with me personally so I can find out more about where you are in your fitness journey, and more importantly, where you want to go. When it comes to getting results, I’ve found that it’s all about making things simple. I’ll lay out a plan based on a “worst-case scenario” — meaning that even by doing the bare minimum, you’ll still be closer to your goal than when you started.
